CPJ Executive Chairman Mark Hart (right) joined his father Tony Hart (left), Richard Hamilton, Commodore of the Montego Bay Yacht Club, and Jan Polack, chief operating officer of CPJ, for a photo-opp.

The luxe Round Hill Hotel & Villas was the backdrop for a fund-raising gourmet dinner hosted last Wednesday evening by the non-profit organisation, ‘We Care for Cornwall Regional Hospital’.

Steered by Caribbean Producers of Jamaica (CPJ) Executive Chairman Mark Hart, and featuring a specially prepared menu by Round Hill’s multi-award-winning executive chef Martin 0, the dinner event raised US$6,000 (J$552,000) for the charitable cause, which this year, has garnered an estimated US$100,000 (J$9.2 million) through its other fund-raising ventures to better develop the hospital.

The four-course dinner affair — which saw selected CPJ wines being poured with each course — opened with organic baby greens and closed with decadent chocolate hazelnut bars.

We share scenes from the gourmet repast that won overwhelming plaudits from guests.
