Mionetto Prosecco and Colores Del Sol Malbec wines were on everyone’s lips at CRU Wine Bar and Kitchen last Tuesday. The happening spot, upstairs the CPJ Market, was the backdrop for a wine-tasting evening co-hosted by Caribbean Producers Jamaica executive India Crotty and Phillip Jarell, sales and business development director at World Equity Brand Builders (WEBB).
Happy with his company’s now one-year partnership, Jarrell told Thursday Life, “CPJ is now going to be the preeminent wine importer and wholesaler for Jamaica and we are very proud to partner with them on wines from Australia, California, and Italy.”
As we talked between the wine pairings of Prosecco and Malbec with parmesan chicken skewers and grilled lamb, Jarrell had high praises for the cadre of staffers he interacts with.
