Nicholas Hospedales

Nicholas Hospedales is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited (CPJ). His appointment followed the recent acquisition of 44.8% of CPJ’s interests by A.S. Brydens & Sons Holdings Limited (ASBH)

Prior to his appointment to CPJ, Nicholas served in a number of senior executive positions at Brydens, and led its Food & Grocery, Premium Beverage and Operations units. Before joining The Brydens Group in 2006, he held various regional and executive leadership roles at Nestle in the Caribbean and Switzerland.

Nicholas’ extensive experience in the Distribution sector, and his deep knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry has garnered double digits growth in profits during his tenure, and distinguished Brydens as a leading distributor of some of the largest global brands. As Nicholas takes the helm at CPJ, the combination of portfolios creates significant M&D growth and regional expansion opportunities, economies of scale, leadership capabilities for the company.

A graduate of the UWI, Nicholas is an honours graduate in Management Studies where among other areas of study, he excelled in Marketing, Research Methos and Organizational Behaviour. He brings a disciplined approach to strategy design and execution with a bias for research and innovation.
