It’s that time of year again when all tables have one staple – ham. Available at retailers/supermarkets islandwide, CPJ has a ham for every occasion.

Ham Cooking Instructions

  • Heat oven to 325F.
  • Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Quarter and half hams should be cooked flat/face side down. Whole ham should be cooked fat side up. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 325F for approximately 10 to 15 minutes per pound until heated through. Do not overcook. If desired, glaze ham,following instructions below.

  • Pineapple-Orange Dijon Glaze
  • 1 bone-in ham (pre-cooked)
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
