It’s that time of year again when all tables have one staple – ham. Available at retailers/supermarkets islandwide, CPJ has a ham for every occasion.
Ham Cooking Instructions
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Quarter and half hams should be cooked flat/face side down. Whole ham should be cooked fat side up. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 325F for approximately 10 to 15 minutes per pound until heated through. Do not overcook. If desired, glaze ham,following instructions below.
Christmas Glaze Recipes
- Pineapple-Orange Dijon Glaze
- 1 bone-in ham (pre-cooked)
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
