It was the type of invite that few would decline and in fact, the event was oversubscribed… Chef Mario Machado was after all in the kitchen and with his son David and gorgeous wife Fiona front of house ensuring flawless service the Caribbean Producers of Jamaica (CPJ) team held our complete attention as they celebrated fine Chilean wines from Concha Y Toro vineyards paired with a four-course meal.
