Ramonm Lawrence

Ramonm Lawrence is an accomplished commercial and retail operations leader with over a decade of experience across the FMCG, beverage and retail industries. 

As Business Development & Retail Operations Manager at Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ), he leads the commercial and operational performance of the company’s retail business. His remit spans business development, revenue growth, profitability, retail operations, customer experience and the continued development of CPJ’s retail channels. 

Throughout his career, Ramonm has held progressive roles across sales, marketing, category management and operations, developing extensive experience in commercial strategy, business development, portfolio management and multi-site retail operations. His leadership approach is centred on building high-performing teams, strengthening operational execution and identifying opportunities that drive sustainable business growth. 

Ramonm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Technology, Jamaica, along with professional certification in Project Management.
