Devon is a seasoned Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ), bringing engineering credentials and over 30 years of deep technical expertise to Jamaica’s leading food service, manufacturing, and retail distributor.

In this capacity, Devon commanded the strategic execution of multi-million-dollar capital development projects, infrastructure overhauls, and advanced power upgrades across the company’s enterprise footprint. Devon played an instrumental role in driving CPJ’s physical expansion. Devon’s portfolio includes leading the structural and electrical build-out of premium CPJ Market retail storefronts, as well as directing the complex industrial engineering demands of the company’s major meat processing plant expansion.

Devon’s extensive background provides a critical advantage when designing the heavy power distribution, climate-control grids, and high-capacity manufacturing automation essential to modern, fast-paced retail and production facilities. A champion of predictive/Preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and rigorous vendor accountability, Devon consistently reduces construction hand-off delays while maintaining uninterrupted business continuity. Outside of active project fields, Devon leverages his 30+ years of engineering knowledge to mentor the technical team and foster long-term operational excellence across the company.
