Mark Hall

For the past 25 years, Mark Hall has been the CEO of Hall’s Investment Limited, operating the IGL filling plant franchise and Boomerang Tyre Sales in Western Jamaica.

As an independent Non – Executive member of the Board, Mr. Hall will also serve as the Chairman of the Compensation Committees and a member of the Audit committee of the Board, both of which are required to be established under the Junior Market Rules for the purposes of good corporate governance.
