Frank O’Dowd

Non-Executive Independent Director (appointed February 2019)

Mr. O’Dowd has held multiple senior management positions and is currently Managing Director of BFC Advisors, a foodservice consulting firm.  Most recently he was CIO and CAO of Chefs Warehouse from 2007-2017.  During that time period the Company grew from $200M to over a billion in annual revenues and had an IPO and is listed on the Nasdaq.  Prior to Chefs Warehouse, Frank was the CIO at GAF Materials Corporation the largest roofing manufacturer in North America. Frank also worked in the pharmaceutical and publishing industries.

He has an undergraduate degree from University of Dayton and a graduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
