Kevin Williams

Kevin Williams is the Meat Plant Manager at Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited, where he leads meat-processing operations, including production, packaging, quality assurance, resource planning and plant development. He is also responsible for maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards while supporting the company’s operational and strategic objectives. 

Kevin has more than two decades of experience across the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, quality assurance, product development, training and education sectors. Before joining CPJ, he held management and technical positions in product development, quality compliance, food technology and agro-processing. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Porto Business School in Portugal, a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology (UWI, St. Augustine), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (UWI, Mona). His professional qualifications include training in HACCP, thermal processing, and ISO 9001 internal auditing. Kevin has also served as a lecturer in food chemistry and biochemistry.
