Wayne Tony Soltau

Mr. Soltau was appointed Director of Supply Chain at CPJ in January 2016. He previously served as the company’s Director of Operations in Montego Bay. His current responsibilities include logistics oversight and managing purchasing and procurement.

Mr. Soltau began his career in Canada where he worked in a number of agri-food companies and is now in demand as an international trade specialist. He has held prominent positions at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Parmalat Canada Inc., Alain Royer Dairy Group and M. Larivee International and Hospitality Services Unlimited.

Mr. Soltau holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, where he majored in Agricultural Economics.
